Pym’s Technology Lawyers provide both pre and post contract management support including advice in relation to EOIs, RFPs, RFTs, as well as contract variations, subcontracts and issue resolution.
Our services include pre-contract assistance such as:
- Assisting ICT suppliers respond to EOIs, RFPs, RFTs and other tender documentation.
- Advising prime contractors on the issues relating to subcontractors, including advising and drafting confidentiality agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Letters of Intent (LoI).
- Advising subcontractors on their positions with prime contractors.
Our services extend to post contract signature assistance, such as:
- Assisting in change control and contract variations.
- Advising on best practise contract management.
- Advising on issues logs, correspondence registers, risk registers and IP registers.
- Advising on flow through to/from prime contractors to subcontractors.
